CANCELLATION - REFUND CONDITIONS
For cancellation or refund requests other than documentedforce majeure (death, accident, etc. with an official report and documents tobe obtained from a fully equipped state hospital), the customer will receive a100% refund within the first 24 hours, a 65% refund up to the last 15 days, andno refund will be made for 15 days or less. Date changes are made according tothe hotel's availability or if there is a price change on a later or earlierdate, the reservation will be updated again at the new price and postponed.
You can buy the Cancellation Assurance Package online fromour website together with your hotel reservation. Your Cancellation AssurancePackage fee will be added to your total accommodation fee and will be deductedfrom your credit card.
Guarantee Package Scope and Special Conditions
2. The Cancellation Guarantee Package cannot be canceled andthe fee cannot be refunded
3. If the Cancellation Guarantee Package is not purchasedduring the reservation, it can be added later by Liberty Hospitality Groupwithin 24 hours at the latest.
